Hello Everyone,I'm Sondra "Sam" Cradduck, a gerontologist with over 23 years of experience in private home health care. My journey began with my amazing grandmother, Mawmaw, whose stories of resilience and community service inspired me to dedicate my life to serving the elderly. These early experiences instilled in me a profound respect for our seniors and a commitment to ensuring they live with dignity and purpose.As the owner and director of The Living Room Senior Home Care, a non-medical senior home care agency in Phelan, California, I lead a team of nearly 70 compassionate caregivers. Our mission is to bring comfort, compassion, honor, and respect into the homes of every client we serve, treating each person like family.In addition to our home care services, I founded "More Than Heart," a program dedicated to training families and caregivers. Our focus is on empowering caregivers with the knowledge and tools they need, because caring takes heart, but dignity takes understanding.I'm thrilled to be flying in from California to meet yYOU in Wichita. Honestly, no one is more surprised than I am that my down-to-earth, authentic approach has resonated with people around the world.
